How are the artworks shipped?
All framed artworks are packed ready-to-hang in a sturdy carboard box. All artworks that are shipped print only are shipped in a sturdy carboard tube.

When will my order get shipped?
Your orders are processed within 1 to 3 days and shipped within 3-6 days. If an order is placed on a Friday or during busy periods, these times may be extended.

Do I get tracking?
Yes. All orders come with a tracking number from our postal service and will be sent to you when ready.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
While we try our best to ensure a safe journey for all orders, sometimes things go wrong. If so, contact us on the contact page within 2 weeks of arrival with a photo of the damaged piece, and we will sort it out for you
