By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at 1000acrestudio, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission to buy from us. All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by 1000acrestudio as responsible for the personal information. Events outside 1000acrestudio’s control shall be considered force majeure.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. Please note that local charges may occur.

Payment
All products remain 1000acrestudio’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is the one set at the time of your order. Shipping and payment costs are recognized before purchase. If under 18, parental permission is required to make a purchase from 1000acrestudio.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Damaged Products
We take every precaution to ensure that your product is packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions after the item has been delivered.

If your product is damaged during transit, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will initiate a review and, if applicable, coordinate a replacement and address the issue with the delivery carrier.

Please note that failure to report any transit-related damage within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your right to a replacement. For further inquiries, please contact us.
